Pauline Byres
Sometimes it's hard to say where Julie ends and Pauline starts. After working together on and off for years their cooking and teaching styles are beautifully compatible, as is their love of food, sense of fun and joy for life.
Pauline is a fantastic chef, in her own right and has had a successful and varied career in catering, working her way from restaurant kitchens, to food styling for photo shoots and cinema, then to outside catering and finally to running her own bespoke catering firm in London for six years.
With more than 15 years of experience under her jovial Scottish belt she is a crucial asset to our team.
Tom Harrow
Tom is our leading wine expert. Chosen not only for his vast knowledge and passion for his subject but also for his light and affable approach to sharing it.
Tom cut his teeth at Fine Wine merchants, Lea & Sandeman in Notting Hill, advising clients how to translate their stock market successes into sensational cellars and hosting corporate and private wine tasting evenings to both educate and entertain.
From this he took the leap to founding A Moveable Feast Ltd with which we are now delighted to be associated.
Everyone know a wine bore and thankfully it's not Tom.
Glen Hooper
Not only do Glen and his troupe live up to all the stereotypes of the Cocktail bar man, they're also a really lovely chaps!
Glen has been working for over 15 years in the bar industry. He is employed by many of the major spirit brands, fashion houses, celebrities and chefs internationally for training and event management.
Glen has a personal mantra of trying everything at least twice and hopes you will enjoy discovering a new way to cook and combine flavours - with ice.
